About chase

Chase Adams is a 21-year-old portrait photographer from Aiken, South Carolina, where he has lived his entire life. After graduating from high school, he enrolled at the University of South Carolina Aiken to study Studio and Digital Arts. Chase is currently one year away from earning his bachelor's degree.

Growing up, Chase spent much of his time playing sports and imagined that athletics would eventually become his career. That path changed when he picked up a camera and discovered a passion for photography and digital editing. Photography offered him many of the things he loved about sports—traveling, exploring new places, and being active outdoors—while also allowing him to express his creativity.

His artistic inspiration and appreciation for photography grew significantly during his time at USC Aiken. Alongside a lifelong interest in fashion and visual style, he developed a passion for creating images that capture genuine emotion. While Chase currently specializes in portrait photography, he hopes to expand into wedding photography in the future, documenting some of life's most important celebrations and memories.

Chase focuses on creating photographs that feel authentic and timeless. His skills include portrait composition, lighting techniques, photo editing and retouching, color grading, visual storytelling, client communication, posing direction, location scouting, and adapting to changing shooting environments. But most importantly, he strives to capture the unique stories that make every person and moment worth remembering.
